Job Description

Day to day maintenance and troubleshooting of software related issues
Ensuring minimum downtime on production
On-Site and Remote IT support, troubleshooting, release up-gradating, fixes and patches, regular Audit etc. for the software and Android issues as per the needs to support the business
Train the newly hired staff at the client site to use the application for daily sales operations
Constant coordination with Servicedesk and Project Management team for daily progress, and assignments

Job Specification

At least 01 year experience in I.T support role.

Excellent Windows troubleshooting skills
Good understanding of Remote Support and usage of Team Viewer
Basic knowledge of Databases - Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 R2
Should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel)
Able to work in the field and willing to Travel outstation
Motor bike is MUST
Good presentation and communication skills; both verbal and written
Analytical thinking, problem solving and a Good Team player
Proactive attitude and ability to work under stress
Prior Client Service experience in any IT organization would be an advantage
