Job Description
Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice (GAMP) systems, validating processes, providing documentation, managing staff.
- Achieves quality control operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to statistical process control and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; implementing change.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering standards.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies.
- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
- Working with production staff to attain quality requirements in products. Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet predefined standards.
- Implementing standards for quality as well as health and safety.
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
- Practical involvement in day to day activities at production floor.

Graduate Engineers in Mechanical / Metallurgy having 5 years of experience in Quality Control of sheet metal parts & application of Q.C.Tools.
