We are a Software Development facility in Phase 7, Bahria town, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
We are looking for an Freelancer / Elance / Odesk representative to handle clients, along with bidding and getting business for us. The selected candidate will have to search for Web and Mobile Apps projects on Freelancer / Elance / Odesk. The right candidate will be offered market competitive salary and term bonuses based on performance.
Good English written communication skills.
Should be able to use MS Word expertly.
Should be able to understand the project requirements and provide proposal document in minimal time as this time is very important to win the project.
Should be quite good in pitching right bid to the right customer.
The tasks would be:- Building and mentoring business development team over period of time.
- Devising and implementing better ways to acquire more leads.
- Managing company’s portfolio.
- Must have understanding and exposure about software development procedures and models.
- Having very good communication in English (writing, hearing and speaking)Ability to target different business niches about company’s services by creating presentations.
- Should be able to write proposals and requirement documents.
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow up to qualify our solutions to potential customers.
- Experience in selling enterprise technology solutions.
- Ability to understand business needs of a target client and connect our technology capabilities to those needs.

- Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointment.
- Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively.
- Work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline.
