Acting as a quality resource of the company to fulfill the field requirement as originating by the supervisor /company.
Proper updates on daily basis to the immediate supervisor.
Being available to discuss and resolve technical issues with other technical team lead.
Responsible to manage vendor at sites
Responsible to carry out Installation, documentation, ATP of Central region projects.
Build up strong relation with customer·
Sincere commitment and adherence to customer and support them 24/7.
Responsible for pre site surveys Hands on experience on 1st and 2nd Level support on MSC Level.
