(1) Getting quotations from the contractors.

(2) Checking the market rates and fair bid price for the required work.

(3) Implementing the safety measures during construction.

(4) Visiting the construction site and make reports.

(5)Filling the ISO documents on regular basis and monitor any construction activities for their timely completion.

(6) Periodically checking the building and infrastructure for any maintenance / repair works.

(1) Working knowledge of CAD / CAM

(2) Communication Skills (Written / Verbal)

(3) Report Writing Skills

(4) Negotiation Skills

(5) MS Office
