1. Receiving collection in form of demand draft, cash, cheque, bank guarantees and provisional receipts 2. Deposit of all collection instruments (demand draft, cash, cheques, pay orders) into banks. 3. Mailing all information of deposits to Finance department for confirmation 4. Follow up from the bank for the clearance of the Cheques,DD,PO. As mostly Cheques deposit in same day clearing. 5. Sending copies of all collection documents to head office for supporting bank reconciliation 6. Getting Approval from BM for rate and Issuance of the product. 7. Getting Approval from Business Manager in case of outstanding parties. 8. Issuance of SO, DO and invoices 9. Sending the Invoices to store Incharge for the issuance of stocks 10. Reconcile invoices with OGP, on daily basis 11. Maintenance of imprest for disbursement of expenses at zone 12. Sale staff expense verification, location approval, supporting evidence and relevance with company policy. 13. Timely dispatch all expenses to head office for re-imbursement 14. Verification and payment of bilties, bills of stocks received 15. Conduct Physical stock taking fortnightly 16. Signatory in Seed Imprest and also with PARB project (joint project of Govt.) 17. Co-ordination with SEED and FARMS department in all concern. 18. Any special assignment if assigned by Head Office.
