US based software development firm that is looking to hire an HR Manager immediately in its Karachi office.
We are looking for an energetic person who is responsible, excited, loves his/her work and can show positive results. We offer excellent above market rate salary and rewards.
Here are some of the responsibilities that the hired person will take up:
1. Identifies hiring need, develops the position description, Recruitment Plan
2. Conducts recruitments showing good faith efforts to broaden diversity
3. Ensures understanding of collective bargaining agreements’ specific provisions with respect to filling of bargaining unit positions
4. Posts recruitment on selected job boards
5. Routes recruitment to (OHRC/OSCC) for review and routing
6. Processes final offer and finalizes the recruitment
7. Notifies interviewees not selected
8. Create SOPs for hiring
9. Create HR policy
10. Manage rewards, benefits, vacations, etc.
11. Create condusive environment for the employees. Do timely appraisals and suggest increments etc.
We are looking for someone who can become part of the team quickly and plays an active role in the management team. We need someone who is not afraid of taking initiatives and responsibility of the assigned tasks. We need an independent thinker and achiever. - MBS (HR)
- Software House Experience is preferred
- 3 to 4 years of Experience
