Job Description

Representative of Foreign OEM’S of Earth Moving & Construction Equipment’s

Requires Business Development Coordinator
  1. Searching tenders in newspapers and info rays emails.
  2. Arranging payment for purchase of selected tender documents.
  3. Arranging purchase pf tender documents.
  4. Studying technical and commercial requirements of the tender.
  5. Preparing clause by clause comparison and selecting suitable equipment if possible.
  6. Sending clause by clause comparison to respective principals for their expert advice.
  7. Following up with principals for clause by clause, quotation, recommended spare parts list and necessary authorization letters and certificate (if any required).
  8. Monitoring Technical and Commercial bid preparation process.
  9. Assisting Technical and Commercial bid preparation process.
  10. Searching new principal as and when required.
  11. Arranging Bid Bonds.
  12. Following up tender opening process.
  13. Participating selected tender openings.
  14. Correspondence between Tender Authority and respective Principal(s) as an when required for technical clarifications.
  15. Preparing Comparative Statement after tender opening.

Job Specification

  • Background Tender preparation/ submission, interacting with local clients, correspondence with foreign suppliers
  • Correspondence with foreign suppliers / government organizations and clients
  • Good Expertise in internet searching (is must).
  • Computer skills - MS Office (Word & PowerPoint).
  • Language Grammatically correct spoken/ written English.
