1. Polish SCD functional area by improving and upgrading their activity or processes by identifying and removing their problem through project to achieve cost down benefit.
2. Identify the different assemblies and their related parts which are under the provision of SRO-655 for the concession in custom duty.
3. Coordinate with the concerned department for the study of the SOP’s, work instruction sheet, process sequence for the relevant case.
4. Coordinate with the import and logistics department & Local Parts purchase department for the recent TBS list required for the data compilation of the FOB’s of the imported parts as well as the local parts related to the sub-assemblies of the identified cases.
5. Prepare the case according to the engineering development board prescribed format like technical data sheet, Input output data ratio sheet,, Photos of tools, equipment and machinery used in sub-assembly of that concerned case, Photos of the related sub-assemblies and parts.
6. Review case with the TMD department for the queries and suggestions about the A-Max parts, localization plan for the imported parts and finalization of cases.
7. Submit the IOR cases to engineering development board for the approval and monitoring of approved cases and to maintain records.
8. Expedite any change into the approved cases from EDB with the coordination of PLD and TMD departments in the form of additional, deleted or reinstated parts if any.
9. As system improvement coordinator, making new system, upgrading activities through technological advancement, Standardization of the process and making business rules and policies.
10. Update relevant documents and records of IMS.
