Hands on experience on Avaya Aura Enterprise Contact Center Servers, with Avaya proprietry Recorder and Reporter. Avaya IP Office products Sound knowledge in Avaya Contact Recorder and Reporter.including WFO,Witness,CMS (Call Management System), BCMRD.(Basic Call Management System) Communication Manger (CM) R 5.2, 6.3 and above IP Office including R5.2, IPOCC, ACCS. Hands on Exp in managing multi-channel web-chat, SMS, Voicemail, Fax and Voice.
