Coordinate with different channels for sourcing profiles, initial assessment, follow-up with operations for interviews and joining related processes.
Conduct reference checks for the experienced candidates who have been selected through the interview process.
Liaison with team for Employee Referral incentives
Manage generation of offer letters, increment letters, promotion letters, confirmation letters etc.
Responsible for sending the monthly birthday list details of the accounts.
Responsible for all the exit interviews, relieving letters and exit analysis of the leaving employees.
Responsible of all the welfare activities in the location.
Coordinate for all the training activities in the location.
Will maintain good employee relations and update the management on employee grievances.
Responsible for the follow up of employee confirmations with department heads and issuing of confirmation letters.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Job Specification
BA/MBA HR with 1 to 2 years of experience of BPO front line recruitment experience.
Prior BPO HR experience in recruitment
Exposure and understanding of Recruitment function and market dynamics
Ability to work in challenging business / market environment with aggressive targets / stringent timelines
Exposure in developing partnership with team seniors and key stakeholders in an effort to drive a client-oriented culture and delivery model
