Job Description

Candidate will be required to:·
Candidate will be required to:·
- Make calls to the inquiries received through emails and Facebook and provide relevant information
- Convert inquiries into sales
- Consult students on career choices, choose courses in foreign educational institutes and universities
- Assistance with admission and visa application
- Handling and identification of prospective clients through different channels like E-mails, Online queries, LinkedIn, Visitors
- Handle and process the cases of respective clients with extreme care
- Respond to all quarries raised by client , department during the case processing and give follow up where necessary.
Job Specification
Education: 16 Years Qualification (preferred business studies)
- Target oriented with excellent service oriented attitude
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word and Outlook
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasant and well groomed personality
- Ability to convert inquiries into sales
- One year job experience preferred in same industry
