Job Description
- Technical experience with Computer Hardware/Software, installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting.
- Proper Customer Handling and troubleshooting Blackberry/Smart Phones related issues over the phone and at customer site.
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- At least 6 Months experience on Help Desk/ System Support.
- Good communication skills.
- Must have own Conveyance.
