Job Description

Establishing, maintaining and expanding a client base while aptly fulfilling the needs of existing clients
Negotiating with the clients directly as well as assisting the Business Development Manager (BDM) in the negotiation process
Assisting in planning, preparing and executing promotions and associated sales of company products
Working with the team to achieve sales performance targets of the designated region and delivering on key performance indicators
Assisting in developing and implementing sales strategies and conducting analyses of sales activities against goals by compiling and analysing sales figures
Analysing and understanding client requirements
Generating leads and building a network for opportunity referrals
Assisting in developing a long-term sustainable business by developing long-term strategic partnerships Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research
Keeping up-to-date with products and competitors

Job Specification

Must have your own conveyance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think outside the box and be creative
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (field sales preferred) and Business Development.
Excellent communication skills.
Identify potential business opportunities.
Ability to work with team.
