The Company An exciting & immediate opportunity has arisen with BLVD LDN for an Experienced Senior Developer, who is comfortable working on both Back-End and Front-End. We’re looking for someone who is agile and comfortable with new technology approach and mindset. The opportunity will allow the potential candidate to be part of a tight nit team, an exciting project which will first roll out locally (Middle-East then regionally (GCC) and finally globally.
We’re looking for someone committed, fun to work with and most importantly someone who has the right Can-Do-Attitude. The role is great for someone who comfortable with learning new technologies, but at the same time already has a solid platform of knowledge of current trends and technologies used today. As an innovation agency, we passionately believe in figuring out new ways of creating experiences and our work motto is: Created for tomorrow.
We’re based in London & Dubai and hopefully in short period of time we’ will also have offices in Pakistan. There are many interesting challenges in this role and an opportunity to build a team further and contribute to expansion will be key to this role.
Job Specification
Required Development Skills: This needs elaborating
• Generate application flow charts and technical documentation
• Proficient with latest object oriented programming principles
• Expert knowledge of LAMP stack(Linux, Apache/nginx, MYSQL, PHP)
• Strong grasp of Relational database design/development in MySQL and SQL Server
• Experience in IT infrastructure issues (web and application server setup, load-balancing, firewalls, etc.)
• Must have expertise in coding MVC design patterns
• Working knowledge of backup, databases, and file systems
• Knowledge of PhalconPHP or other CMS frameworks
• Strong understanding and Development experience in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, JQuery and AJAX technologies
