Job Description
1. Responsible for overall maintenance activities of Sheet Metal and Injection Molding.
2. Monitoring of Daily breakdowns and report to production manager.
3. To ensure proper execution of maintenance team as per requirement in all sections on daily basis.
4. Responsible to build and proper utilization of maintenance team.
5. Responsible to make preventive maintenance plan.
6. Responsible to ensure execution of preventive maintenance plan.
7. Monitoring of daily, monthly and annual preventive maintenance activities.
8. Responsible to ensure availability of spare parts in store keeping requirement in mind in advance. 9. Responsible to find out good suppliers for spares supplies and outsource maintenance.
10. Responsible to keep up to date all maintenance related records/data and to present management whenever required/demanded.
11. Analysis of machine downtime and to take preventive measures to reduce machine downtime on monthly basis.
12. To develop machine wise maintenance standard.

2. To ensure all staff within section is fully aware of quality & safety standards.
3. To ensure the 6S conditions within section.
