• Review and analyze client sites for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised in order to develop company’s organic search results.
• Develop, Implement and support Software and Web pages
• Work directly with Technical Support Specialists so as to resolve technical issues
• Prepare detailed strategy reports and daily optimization of accounts for continual improvement.
• Work along Mainframe, Windows and UNIX systems architecture, of data structures and algorithms, of optimization and multithreading techniques, of database design, of SQL coding experience on DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and any other related relational database management systems.

• Degree in Computers Science or Software Engineering from a reputed university.
  
• North American work experience highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong initiative and self-discipline highly necessary.
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Structure non-structured information into logical order.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must have hands-on experience on MVC, Web form and Web Services/WCF.
• Must have strong OOP & Database concepts
• Must have strong Problem Solving Skills
• Must have strong Communication Skills
• Must know about Search engines crawling techniques & SEO.
