• Driven and disciplined, with proven track record of performance must educated up to degree level in a creative arts subject and have a minimum of 5 year's industry experience.

• A comprehensive understanding of design and typography for the web
• At least 3 years experience working with Adobe Creative Suite - in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Adobe Creative Suite must be your only go-to choice for design work. We will not consider candidates who work exclusively with CorelDraw or other non-Adobe applications
• A strong understanding of front-end technologies - you are able to expertly hand-code HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience working with .NET C# technologies such as MVC 4+ and Razor. You must be able to confidently integrate your client-side code with server-side frameworks
• You understand responsive design and development for mobile platforms and can demonstrate knowledge of this
• Exceptional UI design skills with a strong portfolio to prove this
• Creative eye for the web, empathy for users and technical competence
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present a reasoned argument
• Excellent organisational skills - with the ability to self-manage, multi-task, handle tight deadlines and be adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities
• Problem-solving nature - able to work with other team members to resolve issues quickly
• Can-do attitude, with willingness to learn

• An understanding of SQL Server, relational databases and database queries
• Able to make changes to PHP based websites
