Requirements:

Masters in Computer Science from reputable University with 7 to 8 years experience in same capacity.
Able to set clear, measurable goals that must emphasize good time management without sacrificing quality
Professional skills within the field of the project to be able to act as a mentor and contribute as needed to keep the projects on schedule.
Consult with the Lead and the Technical Manager regarding professional skill development
Expert knowledge of Programming languages and data structures and computer logic and flow-charting.
Expert knowledge of standard development tools.
Up to date knowledge of trends and issues in the IT industry, including current technologies and prices.
Advise, counsel, and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.
Develops and maintains an enterprise-wide business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster.
Develops and maintains enterprise IT plans, policies and procedures to ensure the protection of IT assets and the integrity, security and privacy of information
Establish IT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures

Dot Net Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5.
ASP.NET 2.0, Win-Forms 2.0, WPF, ADO.NET.
SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
Crystal Reports 10/11+.
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.
