Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the overall recoveries and team of officers.
- Takes the ownership and management of recovery activities.
- Maintain records of all collection activity and all recoveries received to ensure maximum
collection efforts are applied.
- Training and supervising the Recovery Team for best output and results.
- Demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.
- Strong followups with Recovery team to meet monthly targets.
- Responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly Recoveries Report to Management.
- To undertake other related tasks which might reasonably be requested by Management.

- 90% Out station visit
- Responsible for Old recovery
- Resolve recovery issues
- 3 Years Contract
- Resolve Legal Issues
- The position will be responsible for the overall collection and recovery of the company, provided with a team of recovery officers.
- The Ideal Manager would posses strong analytical, negotiation, communication and team management skills to make this position success.
