We require graduates in CS, Business, Marketing and HR for careers in international recruitment
Responsibilities include
- Dealing with international clients for their recruitment needs
- Developing and maintaining relationship with client via phone, email, MSN etc
- Developing knowledge and expertise of client industry sectors
- Advertising vacancies on Recruitment web portals
- Conducting searches on the online CV databases
- Sourcing, Screening and matching CVs to requirements
- Short-listing candidates for interview
- Conducting telephone interviews and interacting with candidates
- Maintaining and updating Applicant Tracking Systems
Job Specification
- Good English language skills (written and spoken) with desire to develop to a business level standard
- Confident communicator with aptitude to develop international client relationships
- Good internet researching skills
- Previous experience of working in the international market, eg BPO, call centre, etc would be a bonus
- Desire to develop career in the international recruitment arena
