Job Description
* MONITORING OF TIME OFFICE FUNCTIONS
* GUIDING SECURITY GUARDS
* OBSERVING WORKMEN MOVEMENT
* RECORD UPDATES OF ACCIDENTS REPORTS
* ATTENDING FIRST AID CASES HOUSE KEEPING
* MONITORING ISSUE OF VISITORS
* PASS ISSUE OF TEA AND LUNCH COUPONS
* Perform general time keeping duties; Maintain accurate manual and computer records.
* Records employee information, such as payoffs, transfer, and resignations to maintain and update payroll records.
* Verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustment and post information into designated records.
* Compute wages and deduction and enter data into computer records.
* Conduct verification of employment and also keep track of leave time such as vacation, personal and sick leave for employees.
Job Specification
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Good organisation skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Knowledge in Microsoft application such as Excel,Words Etc
* Minimum 3 Years of experience in construction company as Time Keeper
* Minimum secondary level of education. Degree qualification is advantage
