Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Works closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis.
  • Helping out your boss, from managing a diary to typing up reports or planning meetings. Basically, you help organise their life so they'll always know where they need to be and what they're doing.
  • Manage administrative function and establish internal administrative systems and controls to run the Office premises for the improvement.
  • Handle the daily mails, couriers and parcels.
  • Arrangements of official meetings and gathering.
  • Check security arrangements of office premises and ensures safety of office and staff.
  • Maintain the high standard of janitorial services in office.
  • Ensure Official Vehicle maintenance.
  • Maintain all admin records and forms as prescribed by established policies and procedures.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the CEO.
  • Company provides plus benefits as per policy.

Job Specification

  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Pleasant Personality.
  • Strong communication skill & must be computer literate.
