Job Description

We're looking for experienced software developers who can provide technical support for our APIs and products and can perform following activities:
  • Provide Technical Support of our products via Forums and Live Chat
  • Test our products on various platforms under customer reported scenarios and log bugs in the Issue Tracking System
  • Create sample projects demonstrating the product bugs
  • Follow up Product Development Teams for the ETA and keep customers updated about the progress of the development work on critical issues
  • Review and publish the product releases
  • Write product blogs
  • Write product contents
  • Create / Update Product Examples
  • Create / Update Product Documentation
This is a challenging role so only those candidates should apply who can accept challenges, are quick learners, and take responsibilities at their own.

This is a work from home (telecommute) opportunity with competitive salary and flexible working hours.

Job Specification

  • At least 4 years of development experience in C# .NET and/or Java technologies
  • Experience with any additional languages like C++, Ruby, Python, PHP, Perl etc. will be a big plus
  • Passion for learning new languages, tools, and technologies quickly
  • Basic understanding of Git and issue tracking systems etc.
  • Quick learner of the new Products, Platforms and Technologies
  • Should have ability to work independently with the least supervision
  • Excellent Research and Development skills
  • Self-motivated Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written English communication skills
