We're looking for experienced software developers who can provide technical support for our APIs and products and can perform following activities:
- Provide Technical Support of our products via Forums and Live Chat
- Test our products on various platforms under customer reported scenarios and log bugs in the Issue Tracking System
- Create sample projects demonstrating the product bugs
- Follow up Product Development Teams for the ETA and keep customers updated about the progress of the development work on critical issues
- Review and publish the product releases
- Write product blogs
- Write product contents
- Create / Update Product Examples
- Create / Update Product Documentation
