8. Decide the machines and attachments for all style
9. Monitoring and improve the operator performance
10. Operator training to improve his/her skill
11. Maintained operator Skill inventory
12. Maintained WIP in Line
13. Conduct PP meeting before new style induction
14. Following Back to back feeding
15. Monitor and reduce Idle time
Job Specification
BSc. Industrial Engineering, Textile engineering, having sufficient relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office
