Job Description
1. Candidate should have call center experience / Contact Center / Customer Support Experience
2. Queries needs to be delivered to the concerned department on time
3. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
4. Answering telephonic calls and making appropriate transfer to the relevant person
5. Customer representative needs to handle the inquiries in accordance with companies policies and guidelines
6. Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
7. Provide information about the service of the company
8. Creating and maintaining positive relationship with customers is an essential part of customer representative service
