The objective of the sales manager is to build sales revenues towards achieving individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis. This will be achieved through identifying and sourcing new clients, new leads and managing current business and account activities on real estate agency sales and advertising options.
· Responsible to explore new clients as well as building relationship with existing clients. · Responsible for negotiating with clients and assisting in the negotiation process. · Plan Prepare and execute promotions marketing and associated sales of company products. · Work with the team to achieve, sales performance targets. · Excellent verbal and written communication ability to think outside the box and be creative. · Develop and implement sales strategy and analysis of sales activity against goal. · Responsible for the sales target of the designated regions. · Analyze & understand customers’ requirements. · Generate leads and build a network for opportunity referrals. · Assist in developing a long term sustainable business by developing long term strategic partners. · Deliver on annual targets and key performance indicators. · Reaching the targets and goals set for your area · Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base · Servicing the needs of your existing customers · Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. · Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole. · Recruiting and training sales staff. · Allocating areas to sales representatives. · Developing sales strategies and setting targets. · Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies. Ability to provide timely feedback on market situation, sales outlooks, competitor’s activities, product pricing and to interpret and summarize data into meaningful information.
