Using knowledge base / training material to resolve customers concerns.
Cold Calling on Corporate Client.
Follow up the leads.

Job Specification
Fluency in written & spoken English language.
Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly.
Patience and anger management skills.
Telesales Experience will be preferred.
