1, Plans, organizes routine scheduled maintenance work and responds to equipment faults. Diagnosing breakdown problems, Leads the team for fast corrective Maintenance.
2. Execute Preventive Maintenance plan.
3. Has Experience of designing/fabrication of faulty parts by within the company or by outside vendors. Fitting of new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
4. Liaise with outside vendors, Markets for purchase of New, used machines and equipment
5. Designs maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
6. Maintains backup inventories of all critical parts, machines and fittings components.
7. Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
8. Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
9. Maintaining maintenance tools, stores and equipment.

1. Hands on Experience of maintaining of Automatic, Semi automatic pneumatically operated production line.
2. Has experience of Screw Heavy Compressors, Dryers, High pressure lines, Fork lifter trucks.
3. Has good knowledge of Eelectrical panels, Generators and other basic equipments
