Management Trainee Chemical Engineer

Develop product knowledge of existing and forthcoming product of Principals and competitors and keep the sales team & customers updated.
Visit customers along with the sales team to provide technical support and handle the queries.
Establish and maintain relationship with customer’s technical team (end user).
Assist the sales team to get the Principals technically approved.
Monitor forthcoming product and market developments in the Oil & Gas Field.
Communicate with the customers through newsletter, promotional flyers, and emails.
Assist sales team to meet the technical requirement for preparation of offers /proposals according to tender specifications and terms and conditions.
Liaison with customer and Principal along with sales team to ensure customer
satisfaction.
Provide technical assistance to customers at sites/fields where ever required.
Provide input in preparation of budgetary targets.
Get the chemical samples tested according to the specifications when ever required.
Market research to Identify and develop new business opportunities in Oil & Gas Sector.
Attend pre-bid meetings & tender openings along with the sales team.

Age Group: 21 - 30 years
Education: Graduate or Dip /BSC Engineer.
Experience: 1 2 years of experience in related field, Comfort with technical details, strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, selling, initiative and ownership, creativity and improvement.
Important Personal Attributes: Pleasant personality, planning and organizing, result oriented and focused, team worker, can take initiative.
