Job Description
1. Designing, developing marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, advertisements, handouts, logos, posters, invitation cards, special events cards, standee, fliers, backdrops, flash animations, web images, etc., for internal and external audiences and in consultation with the Team Leader/Creative Executive
2. Ensure quality production of material from design phase till delivery to make sure the desired standards
3. Communicate with agents regarding branding and design in accordance with the specified agent requirements
4. Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
5. Maintain a positive and healthy business communication with agents and Country Managers for smooth working relationship
6. Using innovation for design brief and meet the constraints of cost, time and Agents/ Country managers
7. Handling various special requests related to graphic design services as assigned by supervisor
8. Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
9. Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback and gain knowledge for designs enhancement and skill improvement
10. Supporting the team throughout the execution task accomplishment as assigned
11. Facilitate team in event execution and fulfill designing needs with creative ideas
12. Assist in company event organizing in close consultation with HR department specifically in matters related to designing for proper posting till proper removal of material to maintain quality
13. Adhere to brand style guidelines, reputation and aspired Communications
14. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor behavior relevant to designing and also gain knowledge of latest designing software’s from time to time
