We are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Executive with 1+ years of experience in IT Field. This position will be responsible for providing overall administrative support to the Chairman in day to day HR Operations.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out following duties· The job responsibilities of the HR coordinator mainly include developing, maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices· Maintenance of management guidelines in preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures to the top management·
Maintain employee attendance; leave record, personnel files and database as per policy· Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions· Manage hiring process; prepare offer & contract letters, new employee orientation and record keeping· Assist in recruitment process, placing job advertisements on different job portal, conduct the initial prescreening and schedule the interviews of candidates with higher management.
Commitment and Dedication· Good command on MS Office Word, Excel and Visio· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills· Knowledge of IT field preferred
