Skill Set: 1. Experienced with and capable of hardware installation. This would include support and functionality of Network Interface cards, removable media devices such as DVDROM drive, CDROM drive and other peripherals. 2. Experienced with and capable of hardware and software troubleshooting. Prefer a minimum of 2 years field experience especially in servicing notebook of any brands.
3. Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and determine the types of hardware or software failures on PC/notebook systems. 4. Familiar with PCMCIA, SCSI, PCI, AGP, PCI Express, Express Card, Mini Card configuration and troubleshooting. 5. Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Client Linux. 6. Have Hands-on experience on Dell latest Desktop, Portable, Workstation and other Client lines of business or product models. 7. Trained to professionally and positively represent the parent company as well as Client's Organization.
