This individual will be a driving force in developing and executing core brand strategies in the social and digital space. This person will be responsible for using digital channels including web, social and search engine marketing for lead acquisition and engagement. The position requires a clear, confident communicator with deep digital experience and a demonstrated data-driven focus. We are seeking a highly effective leader who is capable of being a thought leader and internal functional expert in the digital and social space, but is also prepared to roll up her/his sleeves and contribute directly. This person will be a key member of our digital marketing team, with primary digital and social responsibility.

- Conceive, create and execute innovative online media and social marketing programs.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
- Evaluating customer research. Market condition and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Keep the organization up to date with the latest technologies; including researching and evaluating a variety of online, social media tools to identify new opportunities.
