A Sales Officer is responsible for customer handling and ultimately achieving the given sales target.
Major responsibilities are as follows: - Dealing the clients regarding sales. - Follow the clients’ deliveries, payments, and receivables. - Make quotations and payment receipts, and process the retail orders. - Visit the clients’ sites for meeting and site verification. - Keep follow up with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, orders and for timely revisions. - Check the quotations and drawings which are made by design department. - Have followed up with the accounts department for GDR and ledger of customers. - Get feedback from clients regarding our services and products. - Take data about the stock status from concerned offices. - Maintain follow up for delivered items for polishing, fixing, and measurements. - Look after the display items regarding placement, price tagging, and cleaning. - Verify the stock position from Supply chain Department. - Send complete information of booking order to Design department. - Attend complaints, forward to complaint section, keep follow up and resolve the complaints regarding goods and shortage of ordered items.
