OD / HR Associate

We are looking for OD/HR Associate on 4 to 6 Months contract for our Consulting and Training Projects.

Job Description of required candidate is following

- Assist senior consultants in Job Analysis and preparing Job Descriptions.
- Draft Structures and Policies documents under the exact supervision of consultants.
- Assist consultants in writing KPIs of clients' staff.
- Perform recruitment and selection activities for clients.
- Assist as training coordinator during monthly training/s offered by institute.

Note:- Only passionate and serious candidates can apply, those who want to be successful HR/OD consultant in future.
We will offer our HR Certification (CHRMP) four months course "free of cost" to selected candidate for training and development purpose.
