Job Description
The job responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to following tasks.
1. Team management
2. Complaints handling
3. Informing clients installations status via emails
4. Monitoring & tracking of installation within committed timelines
5. Providing trainings to Engineers when needed
6. Customer services
7. Sending quotations/proposals to corporate clients
8. Reporting to Senior Manager & Management about installations status
9. Responsible for Service Level Agreement and Followups.
