Job Description
1) Responsible primarily for recruitment and selection & secondary would be in non-recruitment & selection HR related areas.
2) Responsible for manpower planning, job description, strategy about recruitment source & process,fulfilment of the requirement, head hunting of the candidates, coordinate with the candidates, conducting HR interviews, finding out the right match as per the organizational needs, final offer, salary negotiation, reference checking, issuing of appointment letter, making sure candidates joins and recruitment MIS report.
Job Specification
1) Human Resource functions including developing, formulating and implementing the company's policies and procedures.
2) Familiar with the best practises of Human Resources and update new ideas to enchance people and process
3) HR administration needs for all the employees
