Proven ability to design, develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactic
· Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and sales staff and activities · Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. · Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible. · Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, meeting agreed targets · Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines. · Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings etc. · Plan and implement a specific appraisal system(coordinate with HR and Management) that describes the responsibilities and performance · Personally observe monitor and evaluate calls and performance of sale representatives on a regular basis.
