Overview: The Telesales Executive will be involved in interacting with customers predominantly in UK or US through phone or email to solicit orders for goods or services, make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up. The personnel will use cold calling techniques on prospect and persuade the existing customers to purchase a product or service as assigned by the organization in a clear and honest manner keeping the quality and compliance under consideration at all times. Responsibilities:
Contact customers in UK or US through telephone in order to solicit sales for products offered.
Prospecting, researching potential customer’s needs and their buying habits of products through outbound calls
Obtains customer’s correct personal information information by answering telephone calls; interviewing customers & verifying information as per the data protection guidelines.
Sell the product around the given sales script to better target the needs and interests of the customer.
Explain the product with its features and prices in a clear and concise manner. Also answer all the customer’s queries/objections to ensure customer’s clear understanding and consent regarding the product or service offered.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts and sales.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to assigned targets, standards, guidelines and recommend improved procedures.
Upgrade job knowledge based on the calling experience and share the best practices with the team
Ability to persuade and convince others in an effective manner (proficient in cold calling)
Exceptional verbal English communications skills

Ability to work flexible UK Hours between (9am to 8pm GMT) in Karachi
Minimum High School Diploma
2+ year’s international call center experience preferably as Telesales Executive
