Job Description
1) Conduct mobile phone repair
2) Maintain the turn around time
3) Documentation of service manuals and bulletins
4) Maintance stock os spare parts and coordinate with logistics
5) Daily repair activities, field quality reports, warranty claims report, spares forecast reports and swap pool reports to respective team leader
6) Maintain and follow ESD safety procedures
7) Maintain the service setup, which includes constant checking and up gradation of test and measuring instruments
8) Ensure the defined Quality Management system and Enviromental Management system prosedures are practised
9) Use correct tools and equipment for the job
10) Report defects in workplace equipment
