Job Description
1) Lead the customer care center to achieve all operational KPI's by effective managing of the operation
2) Provide timely and accurate MIS reports to the Program Manager and to the principle on requirements
3) Manage the stock efficiently and ensure the accurancy of inventory system at all times
4) Ensure technical skills of all engineering team members are updated regularly and meeting the operational requirements
5) Ensure all service procedures as defined by the vendors are followed in practice
6) Ensure highly motivated and the best skilled work force in place
7) Ensure the implementation and practice of QMS,EMS and OHSAS standards
8) Ensure that all established safety policies are administered and enforced in all areas
9) Monitor departments and projects and hold accountable for their individual safety performance
Job Specification
1) Regular review of the key processess, identity the area required cost/time rationalization to improve the overall business process- varied,creative and complex solutions required
