Job Description
. Analyzing the testing requirements of each custom configuration, based on the specific needs of the client, and developing end-to-end Test Plan
. Creation of detailed Test Case and Scenarios
. Hands-on test execution
. Managing the efforts of off-shore team, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
. Primary point of contact
. Testing of Oracle based CRM/EBS applications, as required
. Develop and maintain detailed, consolidated Testing Schedule for all elements of the global initiative
. Provide ongoing updates to management - proactively identifying delivery risks and what is being done to minimize their impact
Job Specification
. Extensive knowledge of CRM/EBS applications including Siebel
. Prior experience testing multiple implementations (including custom configuration)
. Prior experience working in an off-shore model
. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent testing projects
. Excellent verbal and written skills
. Extensive knowledge of QA process/procedure best practices
. Worked in an Agile (Scrum) environment
