Job Description
Your prime responsibilities and job description will be as follows:
- First of all, candidate should be able to make costing of projects.
- Analyze the app requirements of a B2B Client and facilitate him by devising a strategy for his requested app project.
- Capture requirements of an application development project through requirement gathering sessions, follow-ups, questionnaires and any other medium specified by the client otherwise.
- Define new functionalities in order to deliver extraordinary mobile applications for iPhone, iPad, Android, Facebook & BlackBerry etc.
- Prepare a complete listing of requirements, filter priorities and finalize the requirements of an application from the scope of delivery.
- Convert scoped requirement into detailed functional specifications / functional design documents.
- Prepare a complete scope document covering all the requirements specified by the client.
- Facilitate design teams in preparing apps’ prototypes as per the specifications of the Client by providing wireframes and references.
- Hold a healthy knowledge sharing sessions with the sales, design, development and quality assurance teams.
- Support documentation, communication design & other implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of every mobile app project.
- Provide timely account status for each project to the management
Job Specification
2.5 to 4 Years of relevant experience either as a Business Analyst and/or Online Product Specialist.
Excellent technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar, content and style of writing.
Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements of an app.
Candidates should have good knowledge regarding the creation of Wireframes & app communication designs.
Ability to think critically and contextually about customer issues and requirements.
Natural curiosity in wanting to understand how processes and systems integrate.
A good understanding of how to drive customer focused outcomes.
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues.
Ability to work under tight timeframes.
Capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment.
Software QA and Project Management skill/experience will be a plus, but not necessary
