Prepare a complete scope document covering all the requirements specified by the client.
Facilitate design teams in preparing apps’ prototypes as per the specifications of the Client by providing wireframes and references.
Hold a healthy knowledge sharing sessions with the sales, design, development and quality assurance teams.
Support documentation, communication design & other implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of every mobile app project.
Provide timely account status for each project to the management
2.5 to 4 Years of relevant experience either as a Business Analyst and/or Online Product Specialist. Excellent technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar, content and style of writing. Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements of an app. Candidates should have good knowledge regarding the creation of Wireframes & app communication designs. Ability to think critically and contextually about customer issues and requirements. Natural curiosity in wanting to understand how processes and systems integrate. A good understanding of how to drive customer focused outcomes. Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues. Ability to work under tight timeframes. Capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment. Software QA and Project Management skill/experience will be a plus, but not necessary
