Job Description

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic developers to work on a web application with an accomplished team in Islamabad. Qualified candidate must have good experience with CodeIgniter PHP Framework. You will become part of an ingenious team working on a large and scalable PHP application. We offer competitive salaries, in addition to other benefits.

This is a position at a fast-paced startup, you will be going hands on with the latest development technologies and should have a sound base and active interest in working with them. You must have a knack of learning things by yourself and move forward on your own when it comes to new technologies.

  4. Comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and platforms and adapting fast
  5. Comfortable with unit testing and rapid release cycles
  6. Confident when it comes to solving problems not tackled before (we will be writing libraries from scratch)

Job Specification

  1. Advanced skills in PHP and Object oriented programming,
  2. Proficient with MVC based frameworks and experience of CodeIgniter is a plus
  3. Understanding and practical implementation of code refactoring
  4. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (AJAX and Comet)
  5. You should also be comfortable with Git,SVN, and CVS
  6. Experience starting projects from scratch and jumping into an existing architecture
  7. Experience building scalable web apps
