Job Description
- Must understand caller’s requirements and then transfer it to the concerned person
- Receive calls all internal and outside calls.
- Dial outgoing calls.
- On and off the code of PABX.
- Note messages while anybody is out or not available.
- Properly maintain registers of outgoing calls.
- Receive and dispatch couriers.
- Responsible for maintenance of reception area.
- Maintain and update the email list, personal numbers and customer contacts.
Job Specification
Excellent written communication skills (in English), ability to deal with different people, good management and organizational skills, computer literacy with a simple, down to earth personality.
Must understand the importance of time and caller.
