Job Description

We require a technical support assistant regarding support for our software/web products. The candidate must have proficiency in written and spoken English, and must be able to provide clear and concise answers to support questions and requests. Also, he/she must be capable of understanding present functions of our product by reading its manual.The job is part-time and home-based. There is not much work , but online presence is required at least 1 or 2 hours each day.

Students are encouraged to apply. One or two hours a day, and you can get a good money.

Responsibilities will include;
  • Providing answers to our customer's written support queries regarding our products functionality.
  • Writing detailed help files, and manuals, if and when needed.
  • Writing documentation.
  • Occasionally, handling phone queries (mostly from English speaking countries abroad).
  • Creating video/written tutorials (Not required, but preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of basic video editing).
The more responsibilities you can handle, the more the pay in the range. Don't hesitate to contact if you are intelligent and able to grasp things by mere reading.
