JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting of HP Notebooks, Desktops, Printers & Scanners.
- Microsoft Office/Windows Installation & troubleshoot.
- Excellent Client handling & communication skills.
- Experience dealing with Support Centers & ticket handling.
- Familiar with escalation procedures.
- Servers Installation & troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Networks knowledge in LAN/WAN is an advantage.
