JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshooting of HP Notebooks, Desktops, Printers & Scanners.
Microsoft Office/Windows Installation & troubleshoot.
Excellent Client handling & communication skills.
Experience dealing with Support Centers & ticket handling.
Familiar with escalation procedures.
Servers Installation & troubleshooting is an advantage.
Networks knowledge in LAN/WAN is an advantage.

Quick learner & willing to develop skill set on new products.
