Job Description
- To collect monthly bills submission statement from LSPs To Prepare MTD /YTD report on regular basis
- To supervise all the billing as well as payment record in the system to have clear picture of receivable/payable of LSPs
- To track all shipments and update the ILD summary on regular basis
- To hand over the shipping documents to LSPs by following standard format ·
- To arrange transportation for non bonded cargo along with the preparation of freight comparative statement ·
- To liaise with bonded carrier to move shipment within 03 days after arrival at Karachi ports ·
- To prepare monthly reports of the Movement, Clearance & Local Transportation
- Any other task assigned by HOD
Job Specification
Knowledge, Skills Abilities & Competencies :
MBA / MIOM with 2-3 years of working experience in related field. ·
Proficient in the use of Ms. Office.·
Integrity, Stress Tolerance, Analytical Skills, Time Management and Interpersonal Awareness
