To be responsible for smooth running of day to day shop operations
Perform sales activities to achieve company sales objectives
Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections
Prepare budgets to control sales Vs expense ratio
To participate with HR department to upgrade shop staff include, hiring & trainings
Routine Shop Visits
Coordination with replenishment to manage shop inventory
